隱私權政策

本人依中華民國《個人資料保護法》處理你的個人資料，說明如下：

1. 蒐集的資料

• 你來信時提供的姓名或稱呼、電子郵件地址，以及需求說明與附件。
• 開立收據所需的資料，例如姓名、公司名稱或統一編號。

付款時的信用卡或帳戶資料由第三方金流服務直接處理，本人不會取得或保存完整卡號。

2. 使用目的

僅用於回覆詢問、報價、履行委託、開立收據與必要的帳務處理，不會出售或提供給無關的第三方。

3. 網站紀錄

本網站不使用廣告追蹤或第三方分析工具。網站代管服務可能依其政策保留一般的連線紀錄，以維持服務安全。語言偏好儲存在你的瀏覽器中，不會傳送給本人。

4. 保存期間

詢問資料在洽談結束後保存 1 年；委託與帳務資料依法令規定保存，一般為 5 年。

5. 你的權利

你可以來信 hello@obayang.com 查詢、請求閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、請求停止蒐集處理利用，或請求刪除你的個人資料，但依法令必須保存者除外。

6. 政策修訂

本政策修訂時會更新於本頁並標示日期。

Privacy policy

I handle your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan, as described below.

1. Data I collect

• The name, email address, project details and attachments you send when you contact me.
• The details needed for a receipt, such as your name, company name or tax ID.

Card and account details are handled directly by the third-party payment service. I never receive or store full card numbers.

2. How it is used

Only to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver the work, issue receipts and keep the required accounts. It is never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

3. Website logs

This site uses no ad tracking or third-party analytics. The hosting provider may keep standard connection logs under its own policy for security. Your language preference is stored in your browser and is not sent to me.

4. Retention

Inquiries are kept for 1 year after the conversation ends. Project and accounting records are kept as the law requires, usually 5 years.

5. Your rights

Email hello@obayang.com to ask about, view, get a copy of, correct or add to your data, ask me to stop processing it, or ask me to delete it, except where the law requires me to keep it.

6. Changes

Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new date.
